How it Works
How Much Can I Borrow?
You can borrow $150 to $2000 on a Personal Line of Credit to cover you for big and small events alike. Your fist loan can be approved for up to $300 and then increased on a step up basis to $2000.
We do this to build a relationship between you and your Personal Loan Manager who will assist from your first point of contact then stay with you during the term of your loan, from beginning to end.
When Will I Receive The Loan?
Financier Card
Members who have a Financier Card can choose to have their loan transferred instantly onto their card within minutes of approval.
Bank Transfer (Urgent)
Our same day deposit service is an option for members who do not have a Financier Card and require the loan to be available in their bank account on the day they apply, guaranteed. This option attracts a fee of $20 and is available when the loan is approved before 2:30pm EST. For loans approved after 2:30pm EST, overnight banking is used.
Bank Transfer (Regular)
Overnight electronic transfers are a service for members who are not in a hurry to receive their loan. The funds are transferred with a guarantee of overnight processing when their loan is approved before 4:30pm EST between Monday to Friday.
How is the Online Cash Loan Repaid?
The loan is electronically deposited into your bank account and repayments are automatically direct debited from your account on your next pay day(s). You can repay the loan in 1 week or over a period of up to 6 months depending on your personal situation.
The Application

The application takes 5-10 minutes to complete online or you can call us for a phone application on 1300 383 955.
At the end of the online application, you will be advised if the loan is Pending Approval. If so, you can digitally sign your contract in your Member Area. If not, you can contact us to see if you will be eligible to apply again in the future.

We spend the hour creating an account that will allow you to return as a Member in the future for faster service.
We confirm all the details provided to us in the application form and ask you to send two months of bank statements / transaction history & 100 points of ID to verify your personal and account details. You will be allocated a Personal Loan Manager who stays with you from the beginning to end of each loan a da daahh, line of credit established.
Approval- 30 Minute** (Return Applicants)
Return applicants with an up-to-date account can rest assure that we will aim to process their loans it just 30 minutes. We will then transfer the loan on to your Financier Card or into your bank account straight away for peace of mind.
Is Collateral or Security Required For a Line of Credit With Financier?
No, as a part of the application, you authorise us as the lender to deposit and deduct funds from your account. This is the same process most employers used to direct deposit your pay cheque on your pay day.
What Do I Need to Receive a Loan?
To be eligible for a loan with Financier, you will have:
Been living in the same place of residence for a minimum of four months
A bank account open for at least four months
A steady job where you are paid at least $500 a week after tax
Your wage paid directly into your account
Permanent residency in Australia
No more than two reversed or dishonoured payments on
your bankstatements in the last two months
No Defaults, Judgments or Bankruptcy listings on your credit file***
You will be asked to email or fax 60 days of bank statements / transaction history from internet banking or your branch and 100 points of ID to establish your creditworthiness. You may also be asked to send additional or certified documents during loan processing and all requests will be sent via email unless you request otherwise.
Will You Check My Credit Rating?
Yes, we will access your personal credit report as a part of the application process using various credit rating agencies. If you have a minor default with a Telco or Energy company we understand. Will I Be Approved?
Most applicants are approved for Line of Credit if we can see that you can repay the borrowed amount based on your income from work and you have a good credit history. Once approved you can use the money at your own discretion and overtime borrow up to $2000 with same day approval**

How Long Should I Have The Loan For?
These are short term loans designed to help you with an urgent situation and important occasions. All payday loans and cash advances on your Line of Credit should be paid back by their due date, and not used for an extended amount of time.
Is My Personal Information Safe?
Our website is secured by SSL encrypted technology so that you can be rest assured your personal information is safe and secure. You are also protected by our Privacy Policy which can be found on the bottom of our home page.
How Do I Change My Personal Information?
You may change your personal information including bank details, address and working circumstances before your next payment or new loan by faxing or emailing us a copy of:

A bank statement from your new account,

A bill sent to your new address

A drivers licence with your new address

A payslip from your new employer
Please send in this information after completing the Change of Personal Information form which can be found in your Member Area.
Remember, if you need the information to be updated before your next payment, please make sure this is sent in to us before your payment request deadline. We aim to respond to all email enquiries within one to two hours of receipt during business hours. If you have not received a response from your Personal Loan Manager or Customer Care Assistant within this time, please feel free to call The Financier Team on 1300 383 955.
What if I Do Not Have Internet Banking?
If you do not have internet banking you can call your bank and ask them to fax the last 60 days of bank statements / transaction history (up to today's date) to us on (03) 9528 3243. Alternatively, you can stop by your branch and ask them to fax it from there. If you do stop in at the branch, take your 100 points of ID they will fax it all at the same time.
What Are Your Business Hours?
Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM EST to 5:00 PM EST. We are not open on public holidays. However, you may apply online for your payday loan at anytime.
