Information that we obtain by following up and verifying information  and representations provided by you through your application forms, your related transactions with affiliated and non-affiliated third parties, from consumer reporting agencies, your current employment and employment history and your account information.

All emails that are used in correspondence to and from you are recorded and stored within our confidential data base together with relevant company information.

When you register on the Financier website you are automatically added to our mailing list. Requests for Deletion of Information

When a person has received a loan with Financier Pty Ltd, his/her information cannot be deleted due to Federal regulations and company policies. All customer information will be kept for a minimum of 2 (two) years. Financier Pty Ltd stores all information received in the form of data, fax and photocopy documents, voicemail, email, instant messages according to our stated policies, and purges them at our discretion. We keep email records as per our company and regulatory requirements.

If you have not applied for a loan, you are entitled to request in writing either by email, fax or letter that we delete your personal information.  Approved, pending and denied loans will be kept at our discretion until purged.  According to Federal regulations and our company policy all information regarding loans cannot be deleted and will be kept for a minimum of two years.


Notice of Furnishing Negative Information

Financier Pty Ltd may report late payments, missed payments or defaults to credit agencies that may be included in your credit report.
